Here is an example of cushioning material for the core of underwear. Currently, we are using urethane foam, but due to its lack of breathability, it causes discomfort during wear. Therefore, we received a request to create it using non-woven fabric. The advantage of non-woven fabric compared to urethane is its breathability. However, there are durability issues with non-woven fabric, and they were struggling to find a suitable cushioning material. In response, our company manufactured non-woven fabric by mixing a highly durable material with polyester fibers. The underwear manufacturer was pleased to receive a product that met their requirements.
